Silver Linings is one of a potential series of six shading devices for the skylights in a space behind East End Coffee Company frequently used for yoga and events like birthdays.
The intention was to create an installation that could hang like a draped curtain allowing the 'q-bert' cubes of tri-color hexagons to add illusory dimension or to fold up into a faceted figure covering the entire bottom of the skylight.
