A playful variation of eight cornered, slatted is a louvered beachfront shore home nestled in the wholely brick and concrete grains of Philadelphia.
The dull flat monochrome exterior putting the emphasis on the passage of time through architectures timeless allies of light and shadow cast in perpetual motion.
An expression of genius loci and the surveyor grid Holme drew oriented to alignment with the rivers binding Center City, not to the Jeffersonian American grid true to the latitudinal and longitudinal lines that spans from sea to shining sea.
